Our service personnel who are responsible for direct patient care:
  • Must be certified for their role by an accredited facility.
  • Must be current members of their respective organizations.
  • Must work according to the standards of care as outlined by College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Must provide evidence based health education.
  • Must use the best evidence based products available when providing services for the patients.
  • Must follow health and safety standards.
  • Must follow patient confidentiality agreements.

Client safety is our first priority, which is why we only use the best sterilization techniques for our equipment.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE FIRST VISIT

  • The nurse will complete a brief patient intake form in order to get to know you.
  • Complete medical history including oral and topical medications.
  • Discuss and treat your foot conditions and concerns.
  • Footwear assessment
  • Provide you with some tips to maintain healthy feet.
  • Based on your needs, the nurse may book a follow up treatment date.
